Refund Policy Guidelines
- All standard products come with a 30-day, money-back guarantee for a new and unopened product based on the delivery date as provided by the shipper.
- To receive a refund, please contact our customer support team at 1 (863) 589-7479 or your Sales Representative.
- They will provide you with shipping instructions and a return authorization (RA) number.
- For all products that were delivered in excess of the 30 days, sales are considered final.
- All Special-Order products are non-refundable i.e. White Labels, Bulk (Raw Material) and Custom formula.
- If you purchased from our online retail store, you must submit a Claim.
How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
- If any products arrive damaged, broken or part of your order is missing.
- You must notify the Company within 3 days of delivery.
- Pictures of damaged products must be sent to email@example.com.
- A replacement product will be sent out within 5 days of approval.
- Missing product claims will be compared to our shipping picture for approval.
We encourage all clients to contact us if there is an issue with products received. If any goods are missing or damaged client must notify the company within 3 business days after shipment is received. All transactions will appear as “GWR Distributors LLC”. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for approval of refund for credit to be issued. For your convenience, confirmations of all refunds will be sent via e-mail.
